Nathan Brebner, Senior Carrier Consultant

Nathan Brebner brings years of enterprise business development, project management and sales experience to Sandler Partners.  He is an innovative leader with a proven record in organizing people and resources to achieve outstanding results.  Prior to Sandler Partners, Nathan held a variety of sales, management, and business development positions with Epson America Inc., Lexmark International Inc., T-Mobile USA Inc, and U.S. TelePacific Corp.  He also founded his own company -- Global West Communications.  He has been involved in the sale and delivery of several large IT consulting projects and has made numerous contributions to the growth of Sandler Partners.  Nathan holds a degree in Organizational Behavior from National University.

Marcia Cruz, Senior Carrier Consultant

Marcia Cruz is a carrier consultant with a well established, nation-wide vendor partner network.  With fifteen years of telecommunications experience, she has performed key roles in this industry-- from network design and infrastructure cabling to PBX and voicemail installation and programming, as well as direct sales, branch management for Telepacific Communications and the regional director position for Paetec.  Bill analysis, ROI and cost comparison, coupled with the seventy-plus carriers available to Sandler Partners, enables Marcia to fulfill the role of a true consultant, leveraging carrier offerings, facilitating accurate paperwork and installation, and project management , to offer a unique, "no cost to customer" value.

Gregg Madsen, Senior Carrier Consultant

Gregg Madsen has been in the telecom industry since 1990.  He has worked with such companies as Phoenix Network, FirstWorld Communications, PacWest, XO and MCI/WorldCom.  Having been in sales for more than 25 years, Gregg has held positions in all levels of management and sales in the telecommunications industry.  Currently, Gregg is teamed with Mark Peach for complex, large-account sales engineering for Sandler Partners and its agent partners.

Cesar Navarro, Senior Carrier Consultant

Cesar Navarro joined Sandler Partners in 2005.  A graduate of UCLA with a B.S. in Mathematics of Computation with an emphasis on  computer networking and programming who also has taken Cisco ICND courses, Cesar frequently works with medium and large enterprises to address network architecture, functionality, optimization and cost.  He specializes in network design, business continuity and disaster recovery, as well as carrier-level analysis of current network design and costs compared to new market technologies.  Cesar designs and implements new networks, converges existing networks and develops plans for network growth.

Mark Peach, Senior Carrier Consultant

Mark Peach has an extensive sales and marketing background.  A one-time owner of Preview Magazine, which was sold to The Register Newspaper, he continued to work with all major movie studios (Universal, Warner Brothers, Sony, etc.) and concert venues (e.g., Greek Theater, Verizon Amphitheater, etc.) as well as major enterprises like Goodyear, BestBuy, etc.  Eventually, he decided to move in to the telecommunications industry, working initially at PacWest and then moving on to XO where, as a President's Club member, he managed large retail accounts like Century 21, Reprographics, McKenna Motors and other dealerships.    At Sandler Partners, Mark specializes in major account sales and service management for firms like Prudential, Remax, Keller Williams, Hi-Tech Collision, Goodyear and other large accounts.

Paul Seeley, Senior Carrier Consultant, Dallas/Ft. Worth Channel Manager


Paul has been in the telecommunications industry for over 10 years in roles ranging from senior sales executive to sales and channel management.  He has been a President's Club winner multiple years in both the wireline and wireless industry for companies such as TelePacific Communications, Verizon and Bell Atlantic.  He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in MIS from State University of NY at Brockport.  Paul is based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Andrew Thomas, Senior Carrier Consultant

Andrew Thomas was a finance major at the University of Southern California who has been with Sandler Partners since 2006 and has a broad sales and marketing background.  He specializes in introducing agents to the Sandler Partners agent program through assistance in all fields:  quotes, auditing, provisioning, and commissions.   In addition, Andrew is involved in Sandler programs to keep agents up to date with Sandler Partners and carrier partner updates.  Andrew is based in San Francisco, CA.

Caleb Tucker, Senior Carrier Consultant

Caleb Tucker has a proven record of leadership in  helping customers optimize their networks and costs and helping Sandler agents identify and secure the best possible solutions for their customers.  Prior to joining Sandler Partners, Caleb was a top producer at TelePacific , both in the direct and agent sales channels.  Caleb holds a degree in Business Management from Biola University.

Tim Tucker, Senior Carrier Consultant

Tim Tucker is a senior cost and carrier consultant who is highly regarded for delivering value to his vendors, partners and their clients.  Tim was formerly a top producer with AT&T and TelePacific Communications and repeatedly earned awards, professional recognitions and placements in presidents' circles.  He brings a proven, value-driven approach to engineering best-in-class solutions for Sandler Partners clients, often in a problem-solving role, wherein he helps telecom consultants, interconnects and other industry firms tackle complex client needs.  He has a Marketing degree from Biola University.
