Mr. Orriols was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Rockwell Communications, a facilities based provider of international discount long distance services to commercial users located outside the United States. While at Rockwell, Mr. Orriols developed numerous international calling products such as “World Pass” callback products and “Market Link 800” access services. Mr. Orriols was responsible for sales activities worldwide. In March of 1998, Primus Telecommunications Group successfully acquired the company. Mr. Orriols continued with Primus through April 1999. While at Primus Mr. Orriols initiated the migration from Callback to direct access and successfully integrated the company into the Primus global network. Prior to Rockwell, Mr. Orriols was a founder of Intelechoice, a privately held pay telephone operator servicing customers in Florida and New Jersey. He is also a Founder and currently a Director of Xtel Global Networks, an international facilities based carrier with network in over 20 countries.
