He has a really strong IT Services background, having spent many years working for various MSPs. I am excited because I know he brings his various certifications, and more importantly, his experience in helping design and advise on various technical solutions, whether it be on the UC/CCaaS, SD-WAN, Security, DR/Backup and end point management. He has a very strong background on all things technology, and especially when it comes to IT services with his IT background in the MSP space.
