AI has been adopted faster than any other technology. ChatGPT alone reached the 100 million user mark in just 3 months, while Facebook took 4.5 years, the internet 7 years, and mobile phones 16 years. Organizations are adopting AI across their operations, from HR to Cybersecurity often to enhance and automate key activities. The presentation included case studies to illustrate how the technology is being used, the revenue potential for Partners, and how real people benefit from these deployments.

This session was led by Ben Edwards, Director of Sales Engineering, West who welcomed Connor Revsbeck, Channel Sales Engineer at Dialpad; Scott Forbush, Channel Chief with Nextiva; Scott Eastman, Director of Channel Sales – Mountain & West for Observe.ai; and Vikas Bhambri, SVP of NA Sales with Yellow.ai to the breakout stage.

A few highlights discussed in this presentation included:

  • Leading AI integrations – including Generative AI, Speech Analytics, Self-Service, and Conversational AI – are helping create fast, customer-friendly interactions that are on-brand and on-script
  • AI is engaging, giving customers a sense that they’re speaking with a friend or neighbor, with the AI automation successfully interpreting and responding to what the customer wants to discuss
  • AI investments come in many sizes but quickly escalate upon seeing results; it’s not unusual for organizations to start with one use case or application and have it spread across their business
  • Data integrity can be secured to meet regulatory and compliance standards by Providers who maintain proprietary data

Very few technologies can have the transformative and measurable impact that AI delivers. Organizations can now put in place individual applications or full AI-enabled platforms. With these, they will see results meeting their goals, from increased customer self-service and agent productivity or managing and addressing online reputation and reviews.  To listen in on the whole conversation, and gain all the insights, watch this session recording. You can also always follow up with your Channel Manager or dedicated Sales Engineer, they are always ready to provide answers to any of your questions!
