The 2024 Sandler Partners National Summit kicked off with a powerful and uplifting message from Alan Sandler, who spoke to over 1,000 members of our incredible community. Alan set the tone for the week by focusing on a theme that hit home for all of you—the “hero’s journey.” Sharing that in reality, every single one of you, our Partners is a hero.
With warmth and authenticity, Alan emphasized how everyone in our community is constantly adapting and growing in the face of new challenges in this ever-changing technology landscape. He spoke about the resilience it takes to navigate adversity, and how, through reinventing ourselves, we have the power to shape our future.
“There’s not a single person in this room who hasn’t reinvented themselves in some way,” Alan shared. “You’ve made bold life choices, stepped out of your comfort zones, and embraced new possibilities—and that’s what makes this community so special.”
True to his promise not to “sell,” Alan focused on the bigger picture: the long-term vision for our shared success and the unwavering support that Sandler Partners is committed to providing every step of the way. His message was clear—each Partner, Provider and member of our team plays a vital role in shaping the next chapter, and we’re here to lift one another up as we continue our journey together.
Amongst the excitement of the event, there was also a heartfelt moment of reflection as we remembered our dear friend and colleague, Brad Driver, that we lost earlier this year. Brad, who served as the Director of Partner Advocacy, was more than just a professional—he was a true friend to so many. His humor, kindness, and unwavering support touched the lives of everyone he met. While his absence is deeply felt, his spirit remains a part of the Sandler Partners family, reminding us of the strength, friendship, and shared success that bind us together.
