2 DAY FORMAT | Presentation + Q&A

Day 1 (Approx. 1 hour + QA) | Tues., Sept. 10th: Sales Engineering team members will give a quick overview, review the tech, identify ways to start the conversation, natural entry points, and how to emphasize client benefits. The discussion spanned many category applications (CX, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Datacenter, CoPilot, etc.) and remain mostly vendor-agnostic. Industry-specific and real-world applications will be presented to help you talk to your customers’ needs and communicate benefits.

Day 2 (Approx. 1 hour + QA) | Wed., Sept. 11th: Providers joined Sales Engineer Eric Beller to discuss their use cases, how they stand apart, and ways to lead the conversation. Together, they discussed how your team can help develop and propose an approach that meets your customer’s requirements. Eric lead the way to fully discover any additional solutions or insights that can expand the sale while adding value for your customer.
