We’re inviting our Partner community and a select group of industry-leading tech providers to come together with inspiring motivational coaches and burn calories. The objective of this program is to leave less stressed, more sweaty, and more connected to our supportive community.

Shadowboxing Classes (45 mins)

Designed for all levels, this high energy, music driven fitness boxing workout combines shadowboxing, HIIT and bodyweight strength for a sweat-inducing, mind and body experience. No equipment required.

HIIT Classes (45 mins)

A full body cardio and bodyweight strength training class, no equipment required, that combines boxing exercises with dynamic movements all to the beat of the music.

Yoga Classes (45 mins)

In this Vinyasa based class using the beat of the music, expect to start slow and set the breath up first. Once the breath and body are in sync, moving through each sequence multiple times will allow you to find your flow.

Sandler Partners has teamed up with instructors from BoxUnion for these series of classes.

BoxUnion is offering classes for all session types, and these coaches will help provide the best at-home fitness workout experience, no matter which classes you attend. New to any of these classes, or fitness in general? Don’t worry, we’ve got your back! No experience is needed to participate.
