This was the high-level statement Denise Navarro, Director of Portal Experience, used to summarize the Sandler Portal – a completely free resource built in-house and available exclusively for Partners! Denise led this breakout session, which focused on two areas – reporting and the SCOUT Connectivity serviceability/pricing/contract generation instant lookup tool. She was joined onstage by Sandler Partners team members Michelle Mares, Director, Channel – Midwest; Jacqueline Greider, Senior Partner Experience Liaison; Franklyn Session, Partner Experience Supervisor; Kristie Vetter, Sr. Director, Financial Operations; and Trae Guinn, Sr. Director, Financial Operations.
The team reviewed SCOUT, showing how you can search for single or up to 500 addresses with results that offer the most up-to-date accuracy – for pricing, status, construction information if applicable/available, and even generate a proposal or contract. This is a great way to see what you can offer in markets you know and those you’re unfamiliar with. In an industry where time kills deals, having the ability to send contracts in minutes can be a huge advantage. Having over 60 Providers, all in one easy-to-use and learn interface, makes Partners’ lives so much easier.
Visibility into your book of business is always an important consideration for Partners. Your reporting tools within the Sandler Portal follow your sales process – from opportunity and quotes to orders and commissions. Every step along the way is available for you to review, including how your orders are progressing and any inquiries if there’s an issue with your commission.
