The remote work environment and increase of enterprises with teams working across different locales has created more demand for Unified Communications, the ability to communicate more effectively, and offerings like Microsoft Teams and the direct routing offerings available with Teams. Customers are looking for more than just phones on desks, and the need for communicating is no longer just with voice. There’s a lot of potential revenue in this area; UCaaS alone is a $75 billion market, with only 14% of the market currently tapped.

Our webinar recording discusses leaders in this space. Learn from Sales Engineers Eric Beller and Kamran Kowsari in an in-depth, 2-part recording that highlights the ins and outs of Unified Communications and direct routing solutions for Microsoft Teams for Partners to leverage Gartner Magic Quadrant providers available in the Sandler portfolio.

Day one consisted of industry insights and best practices when designing Unified Communications offerings. RingCentral, Vonage, LogMeIn, Dialpad, and Net2Phone also demoed their products and emphasized key considerations they are seeing when customers are purchasing collaboration solutions. This highlighted how UCaaS is beyond a phone on a desk. This was an opportunity to learn about the many different options Partners have within this rapidly growing market to meet the needs of their customers.

Day two consisted of everything Microsoft Teams. We got into what it is, saw it in action with a Teams demo and talked through the various use cases and the various direct routing solutions — then we topped it off with a roundtable-like discussion with Vonage, LogMeIn, Broadvoice, RingCentral, and Net2Phone and got a deeper understanding of how this solution offers powerful capabilities that your customers are in need of. We walked through Microsoft Teams licensing and looked into the offerings various providers have available. This session highlighted information Partners need to learn all about Microsoft Teams and to learn how to navigate this competitive yet lucrative technology trend.
