Sandler Partners, one of the country’s fastest-growing private companies and a leading technology services master agent and distributor, welcomes its new Director of Partner Experience, East, Courtney Morrow.
HERMOSA BEACH, California — September 10, 2020 — Sandler Partners welcomes Courtney Morrow as its new Director of Partner Experience, East. Courtney will focus on supporting the Sandler Partners East team and will be growing a team of dedicated support managers to help provide a unique support structure to Partners. She will also actively assist the East team with sales operations and escalations.
Courtney has over ten years of customer service experience and has been in the telecommunications industry for seven years. She previously held multiple management positions and is highly experienced in supporting executives as well as business, marketing, and sales development. Prior to Sandler Partners, she worked for a major master agent and created processes to support the efficiencies of sales teams. This, in turn, enabled a smooth and memorable experience for sales Partners.
She will work closely with Justin Marano, Senior Vice President, Channel, East Region. He noted, “Having worked closely with Courtney for the last seven years, I can easily say that she is truly the best at what she does. Her passion and drive are only surpassed by her morals and ethics. Courtney will be supporting my team, keeping us all moving in the same direction, and driving the best Partner experience.
