Day 1 (Approx. 1 hour + QA) | Tues., July 16th: The Sandler Partners Sales Engineering team took a vendor-agnostic look at available solutions and the value they bring – from beneficial consumer insights and loyalty encouragement through improved customer interactions. CX is an organization-wide endeavor, with Contact Center (Omni-channel across phones, chat, social media, text, websites/shopping portal) playing a key public-facing role. We’ll also dig into the technology itself, including Contact Center, Self Service, and how to use AI & ML for automation, analytics, and content creation.
Day 2 (Approx. 1 hour + QA) | Wed., July 17th: Select Providers join Sales Engineer Ben Edwards to discussed their solutions, where they work best, and how to lead the conversation. We’ll discuss how they can work with you, as part of your team, to help develop your customers’ CX/CCaaS capabilities. Ben will share his own perspectives and experiences, including complementary solutions that add value for customers while expanding your sale.
